The team at Jévani Health & Skin Care is dedicated to your health and wellbeing. Our admin staff are available to address any questions or concerns you may have. If you need to book an appointment or enquire about a service, our receptionists are more than happy to help. Dr Farid Zaer is the doctor at our clinic and is welcoming patients who are interested in holistic functional, integrative and anti-ageing medicine. You’ll always be in capable hands with our doctor. Our doctor is highly trained and experienced in treating a range of medical concerns.

Appointments

 Jévani Health & Skin Care run by an appointment system is to minimise your waiting time. Emergency and urgent walk-ins will be seen on the day. We ask patients to arrive on time for their appointment. Saturday appointments are charged as the higher rate- Medicare rebate is not processed.

Practice Policy

At our practice we make sure to maintain the privacy of all our patients. Patients will be booked for all clinical results by telephone. For urgent matter patients are able to call the centre to speak to their GP.

All personal health information sent by email will be securely encrypted. Patient reports can be sent to third parties such as Allied Health, Insurance and Attorney. Patient information will only be released once we have received written and signed authority from said patient.

Regular patients of our practice are able to obtain visits in their home, residential aged care facility or hospital both within and outside normal opening hours, as long as they are within a 2km radius. The private fee for home visit consultation is $150.

  • Our patients can have access after hours care by phoning the Hello Home Doctor Service on 134 100.
  • Patients who do not speak English have a choice of utilising the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) or bring their own translator who may be a family member or a friend.
  • Our practice uses National Relay Service (NRS) for patients with communication impairment including hearing or speech impairment. This is a 24 hour service and can be contacted on 133 677.
  • Our practice seeks and responds to patient's feeback on their experience of our practice to support our quality improvement activities.
  • We encourage all feedback as part of our customer focused approach to patient care.
  • Our practice has a right to refuse treatment in defined circumstances and ensures arrangements are made for transferring the care of that patient.
